Introduction
Historically, corporate favor of employee eudaimonia was predominately limited to a persons physical condition as it related to their ability to produce, and proactivity could be summed up in two words; accident prevention. The workplace was considered a place for work and employees were expected to leave any personal issues elsewhere.



But as of the 21st century, the corporate world has learned a great strike about how people deal with stress in their lives; how stress crowd out affect their well-being; how positive and negative levels of well-being affect an employees productivity; and most notably, the importance of fostering their employees positive well-being.
