Abstract
The mass, mission, core set, strategy, social organization, people, last, and Systems Thinking of Kaiser Permanente ar all evident in the way they care for twain their employees as well as their customers/patients. Their vision and mission ordain with their core values to create a strategy for the future. The structure and the people at Kaiser Permanente have, over time, developed and maintained the culture that many of our patients expect from their health care provider today. As far as Systems Thinking is concerned Kaiser Permanente is an industry leader, represent a path for other companies to follow in.

The mission of Kaiser Permanente is to provide high-quality, inexpensive health care services and to improve the health of our members and the communities we march (xnet.KP.org, 2012).
The vision statement at Kaiser Permanente is updated every three historic period to hone in on the current focus, I puke state that the focus of our most recent strategic jut out is to do our part to improve healthcare and health damages in the United States. Kaiser Permanente strives to be a positive poser of how healthcare should look and how the future of health care should rifle to succeed. The mission and vision statements of Kaiser Permanente are very effective thus far as every employee can see the big picture. Employees are able to see how their job relates to the accomplishment of the mission and values ie; line of sight. The mission and vision statement moldiness describe why we as an organization exist so that our everyday decisions help us to accomplish the mission and vision set out for us (T.
