1.0INTRODUCTION This report is based on managing organisational change and its effect on restructuring of the National Gas Company (NGC) of Trinidad and Tobago Limited. Personal experience together with theoretical concepts will be compared, reasons for differences will be determine and lessons learnt will be revealed. The NGC is a diversified natural float company established in 1975 and owned by the political sympathies of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. NGC is the sole transporter of natural shooter in Trinidad.
